All program fees reflect an all-inclusive clinical software and management service. Your exact refill pricing will always be fully disclosed and approved by you in your secure patient portal prior to fulfillment. Medications are custom-prepared with active pharmaceutical ingredients (including Tirzepatide or Semaglutide) and may include added vitamins or amino acids depending on the fulfilling pharmacy. These custom formulations are prepared by independent, state-licensed 503A/503B compounding pharmacies; they are distinct from commercial brand-name products and are not pre-market approved by the FDA.
